Background
Whereas, the Company specializes in providing exceptional tourism experiences encompassing safari tours, hiking expeditions, eco-tourism, and special interest tours; Whereas, the Client desires to engage the services of the Company for an unforgettable tourism experience in Tanzania; Now, Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide tourism services to the Client, including but not Iimited to safari tours, hiking expeditions, eco-tourism, and special interest tours. The scope of services is outlined in Schedule A attached hereto.
2. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client shall provide prior notice of interest and assist the Company with all necessary information for tour planning.
b. The Client must possess valid travel documents, including a passport and necessary visas. Upon request, the Company may provide immigration services prior to the Client's visit.
c. The Client agrees to follow Company guidelines and instructions during tours and maintain contact with the assigned tour guide at all material times.
3. Responsibilities of the Company
The Company shall have the following key responsibilities:
a. Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the Client during all tours and activities.
b. Quality of Service: Providing high-quality tourism services, including knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations, and reliable transportation.
c. Environmental Preservation: Promoting and practicing eco-friendly tourism to minimize the negative impact on the environment and local communities.
d. Cultural Sensitivity: Respecting and preserving the cultural heritage and traditions of the destinations visited.
e. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that the Client's needs and preferences are met to the best of the Company‘s ability, striving for customer satisfaction.
4. Pricing Rates and Tourist Schedule/ Plan
The rates payable by the Client to the Company are outlined in Schedule B (Pricing Rates) attached hereto. The schedule shall include list of services subscribed by the dient and price for each service.
5. Extra Charges
Where the dient requires extra services that shall not be outlined in the tourist schedule/plan the dient shall pay for the extra services as shall be agreed by the company and the dient.
6. Compliance with Laws
The Client shall comply with all laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any liabilities arising from negligence or non-compliance with local laws.
7. Privacy Policy
The Company shall maintain a privacy policy safeguarding the Client's privacy, including the safekeeping of all confidential information provided by the Client.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

7. Transportation services: Arranging transfers, domestic flights, and guided transportation throughout Tanzania to ensure seamless travel between destinations.
8. Tailored itineraries: Creating customized travel itineraries based on travelers' interests, preferences, and budgets, ensuring a personalized experience.
9. Conservation and eco-tourism initiatives: Promoting responsible tourism practices and supporting conservation efforts aimed at preserving Tanzania's natural beauty and wildlife.
